Once I receive your email, I will send you a Sponsorship Application form. Once you fill out the form, send it back to me, and you will be in the running!
Once a month, I will pick 1-2 people to be a Kellembell sponsor.
You will not need to submit a form more than once, your form will be kept for future months.
Even if you are picked for one month, you have a chance to be picked again for another sponsorship month.
